You will be happy to learn that your Organization is one of the 158 Organizations which have been selected for release of grant without waiting for the recommendation from the State Government,It does not, however, mean that State Government will not have power to inspect your Organization,The power of inspection and control will continue to be with the state Government. But in order to facilitate expenditure release, Organization having good track record of 5 years have been selected for release of grant without waiting for the recommendation of the State Government, If, however, any adverse report is received regarding any Organization in this category also, the grant may stop forthwith.
2.This Letter is to request you to kindly send your proposal for second/final release with the necessary documents. If you have already sent your proposal you can send me a small letter indicating only the date of amount of proposal so that your second / final instalment is released expeditiously.
3. Let me also share with you that we are trying to develop a computer software and you will soon get a letter from me for furnishing the necessary details for the same, Needless to say that to provide rehabilitation services the handicapped is a gigantic task and it require real partnership between the NGOs and the Government. Our common concern is to provide most effective rehabilitation services to the handicapped.

Subject:- Release of grant in aid to voluntary Organization with good track record even without the recommendation of the State Govt./UT.
Dear Sir, Madam
In order to ensure release of grant in aid in time to voluntary organization, the ministry has decided that voluntary organizations with good track record for the last 5 years would be released in aid for the period of next three years even if the recommendations of the concern State Govt./UT is not received in time. Your organization has been selected for the benifit of the above decision.You are, Therefore, requested to apply to the State Government/Ut for recommendation and send advance copy to the ministry directly to that in case recommendation of the state Government is not received in time. Your papers are processed directly in the Ministry for release of grant-in-aid.
With your cooperation it is expected that the decision of the ministry would avoid delay in the release of grant-in-aid future.
